A mysterious watertank

As atmospheric CO2 gets higher and higher, the planet gets hotter. This will have a significant impact on rainfall patterns. Dry areas will get drier, with less frequent but heavier rain, leading to droughts and floods. Wet areas will get wetter.
It is predicted that the southern half of Australia will get drier. Currently we are into the fifth year of drought in southern Australia, and the predicted la Nina has failed. Many towns across the country are on level 4 water restrictions. That means no outside water use at all. The next level restriction....start shutting down industry. Most capital cities are planning desalination plants.....and atmospheric CO2 is due to get a lot higher by the end of the century.
Hope it rains soon!
Seems appropriate to put a 50/50 by 2020 target onto a water tank.

The Southern half of Australia will get drier with climate change. It has started to happen, and we will see fewer wet years, along with worsening bush fires. Milk yields from dairy farms are predicted to be reduced by 30% by 2050 (CSIRO) due to heat stress on cows, and reduced heard sizes due to reduced water available for irrigation. That will all have profound impact on the economy of the South Coast. The impact on the Bega Cheese factory, the biggest employer on the South Coast, is hard to predict, but they will have to alter the way they run their show if they are going to keep up with changing times.
What better place to paint a 50/50 by 2020 target than on a water tank.
CEFE will have to come up with a bit of a prize for anyone who can guess where the water tank is. A clue? .... it is somewhere in SE NSW.
